I don’t understand why. I have been attending these classes for months, learning about what the church is all about from a cannon lawyer and a priest, amongst other scholars of the Bible and the church. Shouldn’t I know if this is where God wants me? I don’t. I don’t feel like I am any closer to finding clarity than I was six months ago when I declared to my class; “I don’t want to be Catholic…but…I do want to join my family and participate in communion…” Communion.
